When did you start the game - 1900 What nation were you playing? CSA Were there any start options that were not the default? (can I check it somewhere? I think I have harsher peace deals) Describe the issue in detail.: War with UK not going well. I lost UK invasion battle (btw. is it normal, that when ships reach the landing site and then are slaughtered, the invasion is considered successful? however this is not the issue), UK successfully invaded Guantanamo. After the battle I have received dialog saying something like - UK proposed peace, the terms are harsh to us. I selected to sue for peace and interesting things started to happen. 1. Two of my best BBs were transferred to UK (I actually did not know this can happen, pretty neat) 2. I got to selected UK provinces worth of 20! points. I got everything in the Caribbean and I was considering Ireland (but instead I chose the Canadian provinces). 3. On top of it, USA (my ally in the war) got Nigeria and something else.
What were you doing when the bug occurred? sueing for peace What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected. I do not think UK was supposed to lose any territory. Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? No idea. What version of the game were you playing (v1.00, v1.01, etc)? 1.24

In a nutshell, yes. VPs are awarder for completing the objective, and the objective is merely to reach the designated location with X ships. Once this happens, points are awarded. Once any scenario is complete, the victory conditions are entirely VP based. In an invasion battle, you need to kill the transports before they get to the objective. Killing enemy warships also helps - I've actually had scenarios where the transports reached the objective but the loss of a Battleship meant the invasion failed.

I understand that this is a "engine" limination and I do not have problem with that. The issue is different. I lost the war and I got incredible "spoils" as a part of the settlement (20 points of provinces) while the victor got 3 BBs (two from me and one from my ally).
