Just puttering around with submarine tab and tried the view data. There was this odd "35" reliability sub amid some 40s. Currently does nothing.
Would be nice if it brought up the list of technologies the boat was built with.
A bit harder would be to show a tally of merchants it had sunk and warships damaged.
And the museum option to send to museum are boats by choice, with a chance not guarantee of prestige bonus.
