Hi I've got some ships damaged in a sea zone where I have no bases. This has left them in a state of limbo: - They cannot move out of the sea zone because they are damaged
- They are not reported as interned
- There damaged status remains unchanged (3 and 4 months repair)
Presumably, when peace comes I will be able to get them repaired and then move them back to their Home Area. That's the limbo part.
The error is:
If you try and rebuild them, you get the message - "Insufficient base capacity in area! Move ship to an area with base capacity 10 or more first"
However, all sea zones have an intrinsic base capacity of 12

I'd be tempted to just edit the save file... anything not utterly crippled should be able to shuffle home (HMS Exeter after the Plate for example, or assorted American cruisers missing bows after torpedo/typhoon damage) after jury-rigging so it's a work around?
