When changing primary and secondary turret armor thickness, which armor quality does the game take into account?
The current/contemporary to reconstruction/change, or the original upon construction?
I tend to have an intermediate super-dreadnought class in late 10s, early 20s which receives turret up-armoring - not unlike Nagato-class, so I was wondering whether the significant armor quality advances have an impact?
Similarly, what is the calculation when adding extra deck armor?
