Playing RTW2 on a Windows XP computer

I sometime play RTW2 on an old PC with Windows XP.



Unfortunately the buttons on the right, relating to the types of aircraft, training, etc. do not appear on the screen.



I would like to activate them, particularly the first, in some way. Therefore I would like to know if there is a way to act on the files of the game, to activate the choice of aircraft of various types.



I state that I am not an expert in modding.

Have you tried working with the display specifications? Scale and Layout might be helpful, resolution.
