Playing as Germany, 1926, standard tech. I have unlocked triple turrets on CLs.
As far as I know, protected cruisers are permitted two 8in turrets in the right circumstances, as in the first picture, to support Elswick-type designs.
Trying to make turret A a triple gives the underlined error in the second image. I think this should really either read 'triple turrets' or else the first picture should also be illegal (both cases are PC armour scheme).
