Add gunnery competition wins to ship history

I love the events that the head of your nation gives for the fleet. I especially love the gunnery competition one. I'm not sure if there is any crew quality increase on the winning ship; I can't find anything in the manual about it either. If it does not currently have any impact I think it would be nice to have it increase the accuracy/crew quality of that ship or at least see the win in the ship's history.
