The Director of Naval Construction has submitted a request for a fast torpedo cruiser. He has given me no real general requirements so I am on my own. I have informed him that to get speed, I will need oil so GO LOOK FOR IT IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

Well with oil I now have a 4000 mile range and 31 knots. She has eight torpedo tubes that rotate and four guns for good measure. I hope the fool found the oil.

Well, finally the Admiralty has fully tested the use of oil in the boilers and there is now sufficient supply in ports to convert the HMS Whoknows to oil fired. They have also stated I can installed geared turbines. I am really happy and here are the new specifications. We gained a smaller crew, higher cruising speed and higher top speed. We also gained another 1000 miles in range. Finally.

Well I've tried four times to build MTB's, and it ain't working. I even have trouble with tin cans. So, I think I am done.
