At the moment, when you have a new fire control upgrade the game checks each ship at the 3-4 month mark and asks if you want to upgrade the FC system currently in the design.
If you have several ships a few months apart, this can result in several refits for what is otherwise the same class of ship.
I propose this is changed such that the game will check and change all ships of the appropriate class with the minimum amount of construction time or greater remaining to avoid the 'fun' of having 6-7 ships of nominally the same class but 2-3 refit variations.
