Some ideas for design screen and design/rebuild changes

Show us :

Hull speed : Maximum theoretical speed limit ship may attain if replaced machinery.
Turret 'Rebuild'? : Let us see what a turret on a new design has as potential rebuild options.
T and TT in Armor Penetration table : Why not?

Let us:
Modernize armor: At high cost, update an entire ship to modern armor (but not weight saving) tech.
Remove armor : Remove ship's armor for large scale conversions etc.
Change conning tower armor : Conning tower can only be removed. Possible conversions to cruiser-style tower or splinter CT protection can't be done


Suggested tweaks:
Remove three turret rule for BB rebuilds after 1940.
