Ah yes, of course! Here's a campaign save where this always seems to happen...
Vladivostok squadron units fail to spawn, and port arthur batteries become part of 1PS formations (and that's late January 1905). Other glitches (units starting at Port Arthur, multiple copies of same ship appearing) also seem to happen, but not consistently.

OK, got the save and see the problems that you noted.
For what it's worth I ran the January turn activating the minelayers Yenisei, Amur, AMC Lena, the Oslyabya division and Prov Cruiser division. Once you give a speed order to the minelayer division the forts detach as they cannot keep up so it seems the turn can be played out normally. However, loading a save of the scenario in progress created some odd effects so there's something unintended apparently going on under the hood.
The duplicated ships problem has been reported before but this is the most extreme example that I have seen to date.
Would you have a save of the previous turn that you could post, presumably taken before the fall of Port Arthur?
Thanks for the report and the save and apologies for the problems.

Found and fixed a bug with forts remaining after Port Arthur has fallen. Thanks for the save and the report ccip!

Thank you for the quick response, folks! I really appreciate the support Here is the pre-fall save in case you still want to check it - unfortunately that's the only other one I have from that sequence. It's the save from the turn during which I ran my evacuation mission. I'll go back to my usual practice of making regular non-overwriting saves in the meantime (it's a good habit for any game, really - I just didn't have any save problems playing my Baltic SAI campaign before, so I didn't worry about it with RJW)

Smoke graphic bug: smoke stay on map. Attachment DeletedVery rare, seem counts only graphic appearance, unfortunately can't be saved. PS: Some addition to CL speed damage bug systematisation - I recognised, that every time it was CL vs CL fight-maybe, this can affect too? ( BE* superstructure hit from CA secondaries didn't cause engine damage)

The RJW campaign was considerably more complicated to develop than the WW1 campaign. Bases changing owner, patrols and things like that made the RJW campaign a lot more complex.

I upgraded RJW to 1.64 tonight and noticed in the ship editor, many of the designs are "in the red" weight-wise now. So I reinstalled the game up to 1.63, but same problem - if indeed it is a problem. I also noticed a few ships like generic torpedo I think, with illegal speed warnings. That I guess would be an issue. Sorry for my ignorance.

I will let Fredrik address the 'illegal speed' on messages about torpedoes... Thanks.

That's good to hear. Thank you, William. No worries on the "illegal speed." I want to re-check that before wasting Fredrik's time.

Hello!
Baltic campaign in SAI 1.54, second turn.
After first turn there was about 150 OP, I send to training all big ships, and got numerous error messages (sorry, didn't take screens). After restarting and save reloading now have 28 OP, disappeared ships of 1/2d Cruiser Br. and unable to continuie because of insufficient OP.

When did you get the error messages and what had happened before?
I know what's wrong with Oleg and Bogatyr and something apparently happened, but hard to tell what. I have fixed the scenario so you can play on. Just deactivate the ships that are training and you can continue.

As I remember, first sent too many ships to training (my mistake), then deactivated Oleg & Bogatyr and got many error messages (can't remember had I time to sent them to mission or not). Saved the game and after reloading lost both ships from list. I know that all was normal before described above, save loaded correctly and all ships were in place.

By the way, limit of 10 training ships was failed, I send much more (in fact all from Chif Of Staff list). Maybe it's a reason of crushing?

I hate to make my first post in the bug thread but, I’m getting an error message in the campaign of RJW. It’s with the 2/1 Destroyer Flotilla and when you click on the ship details a pop up error message say “JPEG error #52.” It does it with all the ships in the flotilla I have installed all the latest 164 update. Any help would be great.
