For many years, I've been on the Rand Corporation mail list. As a service to all, I am starting this discussion thread so I can provide links to documents that they send to me. They just send the links to the PDF's and they will be available and maybe will generate some interesting discussions. Here is the first. There are other think tanks and I will be adding those later. I will add Brookings Institute and the CSIS.org. I will always try to focus on foreign and military affairs. I will stay out of politics unless is has a direct correlation to military matters.
