I was recently contemplating a conversation about the replayability of this game which we love or love/hate, and I tried to think how many games I've played... and found I have no freakin' idea.
So, incorporating many a WAG; how many games do you think You've played? (just in idle curiosity)

I think I've done a full campaign with each nation on standard resources and then maybe once more with historical, and I took one of my USA runs to 1950 because I was having too much fun conquering the world. I have also spent an equal amount of time discussing/daydreaming about all manner of RtW related naval stuff on these forums, so I consider it all time and money well spent.
All my runs were on Very Large or Large fleet sizes and I really need to force myself to play on Small just to see how different it can be.

I've played every nation. I generally use a medium fleet and I up my technology on submarines and torpedoes along with fleet tactics. My favorite nations are Japan; Italy; AH; Germany and then Russia. I avoid fleet engagements like the plague. I generally will head toward my enemy then do a 180 degree turn away; my Scheer maneuver as I call it. I use this maneuver to lead the enemy fleet onto submarines. I don't remember losing any naval battles or wars ( I am seventy-one, don't expect much). Prestige is meaningless to me. I am conservative and operate on the principle that he who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.

I am just playing last nation (Italy) which I have never played. And I like playing very large fleet as it is more close the reality. However it is quite pain for UK to steadily replace and refit all ships. :-)
For me issue is time as for the whole campaign. As I usually do pictures for all ships, take notes what happened, have screenshots of every design, it takes quite a time to complete the one campaign.
Sometimes when the decision what is needed to be built is critical it takes me several days as I design some variants, come back another day to revaluate, another day again and one time it took me week to finally decided on that design.
I would really see how someone are able to play more than 100 campaigns. :-) I would need several decades to do it. :-)

I... don't really remember. I played a lot of games with smaller nations, Byzantium mostly, dabbled with ideas, played bigger nations and wasn't that fond of it... yeah, i've spent quite a lot of time on this game.

Well, I have the time. I am retired and have played as many as four games in one day. But my games go pretty fast, my strategy doesn't take a lot of number crunching. However, I do have long spells where I don't play. I just finished a Panzer Corp Campaign as the Soviets. That took me a couple of days, babysitting takes up some of my time. I think I am going to start a campaign as Britain in Medieval War.

I've play a couple dozen games by myself, but also ran three (maybe four) campaigns for another forum, playing out the battles but having the rest of the 'players' design the ships, strategy and so forth. Sadly, I feel that I understand the underlying logic of the game just a little too well at this point, so I've pretty much stopped playing until RtW2 comes out.

But I do not push, this way I enjoyed it more. Just a little of topic. I have just go back to Civ4 and mod Realismus Invictus playing UK and quite interesting as I feel as playing UK having colony in North America, Far East and Brest. I have large fleet but still occupied with fighting, hunting pirates, shipping army from one place to another and in time of technology of the 17-18 century where Euroasia was dominated by China it was quite fun to watch how Chinese army is going from South Asia to Europe to fight me by foot and my Navy were able get army from Far East to Europe much quicker and using typical British strategy to hit where enemy is weak using Navy.
