v1.03, playing a 1900 game with a manually-built legacy fleet on V. Large fleet size started in v1.02; issue is reproducible in new games started in v1.03.
If you go to design a ship capable of carrying mines, the mine capacity limit stated in the Mine Warfare section of the Additional Armament tab does not update as you change the design displacement unless you also change the ship type. The behavior I'd expect is for the stated limit in the design menu to be dynamically adjusted to match the 2 mines per 200 tons limit on CLs and DDs or the 2 mines per 100 tons limit on AMCs without me needing to change the ship type in order to reset the stated limit to match the current design displacement.
Image showing problem: The design shown above started at 3,000 tons, as is default when creating a new design, and was reduced to 2500 tons after setting the ship type to CL. The mine limit was set to 30 when the design displacement was 3,000 tons and did not update to reflect the reduced limit caused by the reduction in design displacement.
The mine limit likewise does not update when increasing the design displacement and can prevent larger mine-capable ships from carrying as many mines as they should be permitted, though this does not produce errors when the design is checked: The design at the top was set to the CL type upon opening the design menu before changing the displacement from 3000 tons to 8000 tons and is listed as having a maximum mine capacity of 30; the design at the bottom is the same design, but the type was changed to CA and then back to CL and has a maximum mine capacity of 80. Prior to changing the ship type away from and back to CL, it was not possible to add more than 30 mines to the design, either.
