When did you start the game? 1920 What nation were you playing? Germany Were there any start options that were not the default? Very Large Fleet, Treaty of Versailles, Historical London Treaty Describe the issue in detail. I just started a war against Britain, I am allied with France. I accepted a Coastal Raid as the first battle of the war and my carrier is starting right next to the enemy port! What were you doing when the bug occurred? See above. What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected. I expected my carriers to not start the mission off in ridiculously close contact with the enemy. Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? Play as Germany until your fleet has aircraft carriers, ally with France, and then start a war against the UK. Accept a Medium Coastal Raid mission, and see if it happens again. What version of the game were you playing? 1.03 (Game initially started under 1.02)
I saved the game at the start of the battle, so maybe I can send it to you if I figure out which file(s) to send - zipping the entire Save4 folder creates too big of an attachment.

Might be enough to compress it down to an attachable size, or you could host the file upload somewhere else (e.g. Google Docs, Dropbox) and link to it.
As to the minimum set of files which would be necessary, I suspect that that would be Autosave.sac, RTWGame#.sac if you manually saved the game during this battle, and the design files for all classes of ship involved in the battle.

Glory Hallelujah, 7Zip did the trick!
