I have had multiple engagements now in the 1940's where CV's will lost contact with the division at night and the proceed the charge at the enemy like a scouting destroyer with no way to prevent it until you regain contact at dawn CV's that find radar contacts at night and are under AI control should try and avoid the contact not charge it. thankfully the only time it cost a ship was in a fleet exercise
