I think I just fought a raider intercept battle in W Africa with ships that were drawn from N Pacific. I could swear that both the initial dialog and the map (I zoomed out a bit to make sure I had sea room to run away) were W Africa, but after my CL was sunk the OOB showed up with the only enemy CA, which I knew was in N Pacific. The sinking shows as in N Pacific too, and the ship that was sunk was stationed there. So either 1) I'm confused (call it a 10% chance) or 2) A N Pacific intercept got fought in the W Africa region.

I've noticed that clicking on air groups puts me at latitude 0/longitude 0, which is off the coast of West Africa. Was it in that location?

Might have been - certainly was in a similar area relative to the bulge, but might have been closer or further from the coast. Note that I used the scroll wheel to zoom out to check the ship's course, plus it was a cruiser action, so I'm pretty sure I didn't click on an air group and get lost - I would remember it if I'd need to move to N Pac to find my ships again.

Maybe they introduced a time tunnel into the game and we don't know it. Either that, or the game is using Pangaea as the continent, that would cool.
