Ship Cannot Enter Two Ports in Norway

Germany Occupied Norway, in a war against UK, German ship are unable to enter some Norwegian port as shallow water blocked their entrance, the two port show in the picture are the two that's blocked. Tonder port in Germany have the same problem

These port should be accessible if they were on the map, but as is its physically impossible to get close enough to enter.

Tonder is not a port, but the site of the northernmost naval air(ship) base in WWI. So in that case it is WAD.
