Can't believe no one's posted about this... but the Neutral flag in the Flags file is for when you pull up a colony box. So what's the name for the neutral flag on the map, cuz I want to replace that ugly gray box.

I don't think the neutral flag is technically a flag. There's just a box for each possession that gets overlayed with a flag if the possession is owned by one of the seven main nations, or not if the posession is neutral. So I don't think there is a .bmp for the neutral "flag".
