How do you get 569 fighters on a carrier? I really don't know, but I have one! This one carrier is more powerful than most countries! lol

Ok, so the ship is an awarded carrier to France from Germany around 23k tons and had 52 a/c but thru a refit now has 60 a/c. I then equipped it with 6 squadrons. Here's the breakdown of squadrons:

169/10 Fighters
84/10 Fighters
42/10 Fighters
128/15 Dive
146/15 Torp

Also, two of my bases are also over the limit. I have Naval Air Station Cherbourg (175/60/60)(A) with 5 squadrons and three are over. Dunkerque is over as well. Those are the only three CV/bases over atm. All the others are behaving. 

The only clue I can offer is I disbanded many aircraft after the last war, and the peaceful interim period was awfully short and in that time, I had a lot of stored airframes. I think of fighters I had on Stock around 600. Same with Dive and Torp bombers which are also over authorized air strength.

I'll update this post and see if the problem corrects itself.

Okay, next turn or so the problem corrected itself. Unfortunately... I was going to use that carrier to bring other nations to heel. Oh well. Now I need to see what shenanigans I can get away with designing a 100 ton carrier. Please say that carrier penalties over 100 planes are for embarked aircraft only and not for carrier designs over 100! I mean, Angled Flight Decks are broken, Jet fighters aren't implemented like they should, and night time carrier fighting isn't setup properly either. Give us a bone, eh!
