When did you start the game - 1900 or 1920? 1900 What nation were you playing? Japan Were there any start options that were not the default? Large fleet, slow aircraft Describe the issue in detail. War with Germany and France. BC set to tradeprotection in South Pacific. Get an intercept with the BC on a raiding ship. Engage the ship. Press continous run until the ship is spotted. Set speed to max (27 knots), spot the ship, the ship turns away. Both ships disappears from the map. The enemy ship due to lost spotting, and my BC because it teleported 18 squares to the west. It is now also unable to do any higher speed than 22knots. Log empties. Run the scenario again, thinking I just lost spotting, and the scenario ends due to too large distance between the forces. Post battle results show a distinct teleportation(?) for my ship 18 squares to the west. What were you doing when the bug occurred? Playing the game, trying to intercept a raider. What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected. My ship running down the CL/CA raiding with my BC, what happened was that the raiding ship escaped pursuit due to my ship just teleporting west for unknown reasons. Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? I dont know if it is reproducable, I will try. What version of the game were you playing (v1.00, v1.01, etc)? 1.12 Picture of post battle: imgur.com/gallery/Vd5GCP9

Might this have happened close to the 180 degree line?
Edit: Sorry, stupid question, I just looked at your picture. It seems indeed to be related to the 180 degree line. I will take a look at that. Thanks!

I know this thread is old, but anyway this ship teleport thing happened to me as well. Was a fight single ship against single ship, south pacific, possible close to the 180 degree meridian, but not sure. My ship was teleported to northwest Australia, was then stranded on the landmass.
Game version 1.24

V1.24 - Japan - 1900 - Large Fleet - 100% Research Rate and all other options standard.
This happened again, this time enemy ship disappeared in front of me when crossing the 180 degree meridian, so I made a savegame then and followed him. I was also teleported then.
Screenshot attached, I do have the savegame that should be good to reproduce the teleport of own ship, but can't upload due to filesize limit. Let me know if you need it.
