[1.12] Division by Zero when changing heading at 0 knots

Happens in a battle with any nation/ship/division.

1. set speed to 0 knots.

2. use the change heading tool.

3. get a division by zero error.

I got this as I wanted to preset a heading before changing speed. Obviously not doing that is the workaround, but a division by zero error is not something you want to be seeing in fairness.

Thanks for the report, have noted this in our internal threads. In this case I suspect the DBZ error is harmless, but should not be occurring regardless...
