Happened again.

One has the no air definitely happenging again with 3 of my airbases having had their airgroups pushed by the computer into the reserves. They airbases affected are:
Point Noire
Djibouti
Fort Bayard
The other game file is from my recent grimsby bug support. I haven't checked it yet to see if the air group move had or had not happened yet. I provided it as a recent save in case it can help track down why this happening.
In terms of my activity...
I know that after recently reporting this bug all airbases were stocked with planes.
You can see by the size of squadrons in reserve the planes are setup for my recommended airbase40 organization of 16 flying boats, 8 fighter and 16 medium bombers as a core group. In my management the core group is never removed from airbase. The airbase is put on reserve or active as needed.
Also when these airbases got to 40 I "built" the squadrons in their 16/8/16 sizes inside the airbase not in the reserve pool.
The game is fairly early into a war
Prior to this war all land airbases were on reserve with the core groups still at their airbases.
At the start of this war I put all airbases on active.
I had recently bought a second dive bomber model from my ally the UK and obsoleted the earlier dive bomber (which was also a UK purchase)
Dive bombers aren't in my core airgroups.
I did obsolete a flying boat WBT-7 as I recently got a "its a lemon" message. The slightly earlier WBT-6 was brought back from being "obsolete" (its stats werent much different but did have average not poor reliability). The overall plane counts showed aibases had a 50/50 mix of WBT-6 and WBT-7.
The core squadrons moved did have flying boats.
The core groups also had fighters and medium bombers which I dont recall any recent changes in models.
I can not confirm on which term the squadrons were swapped into reserve. I can confirm I did not take these core groups off their airbases. I would toggle the airbase reserve/active status not moving the core group.
Query: is this related to the negative plane counts with the game shifting squadrons to resolve the negative numbers?
