[1.13] Ship Designer breaks when using windows7 font scaling

Hello.

I had the issue that the armaments tabs of the ship designer did not work properly. I found several threads of others mentioning the same and found the solution: setting the windows 7 font scale to 100%.

Except that this is not a satisfying solution long term. Setting the font that small is very straining on my eyes (especially over a long time) on my setup (I am further away from the screen than what most would properly consider normal, and getting closer is not possible). And constantly having to switch between scales is going to be annoying over time. (Note that I do not know if the issue exists in later Windows versions)

Would it be possible to correct this with the next patch?

Will speak with Fredrik about this - but unfortunately there simply may be limitations with running the game on older operating systems that we may not be able to completely address.
