It seems that even turrets that are not firing can jam itself. I would expect that it can happen in heavy seas but for aft turret in moderate breeze it is quite strange. It was situation when battlecruiser have direct course to enemy ship.

Could be simulating a temporary loss of power to the turret rotation mechanism?

Or a loading malfunction - I suspect that "turret jam" is used for any event which interrupts loading, training or elevation.
