What is the small letter 'a' next to the speed number?

Hi sorry if this has been answered but I notice that there is a small letter 'a' next the the speed on the fleet viewing screen. Some ships have it some don't.... I can't find it in the manual or with a forum search... Thanks!

That means cramped accommodations

Cramped accommodation
Ships with cramped accommodation save weight, but they will have a possibility of the crew being fatigued on some operations. Cramped accommodation might also increase the risk of mutinies during wars, especially if the nation is under blockade. Lastly, ships are less useful in the colonies if they have cramped accommodation.

Cramped accommodations also can increase the level of unrest.
