In General the new Manual is a Great thing, reading it I noticed a small number of incorrect statements and one editing error.
Pg. 104, Desc. of Cross Deck Fire is Incorrect, while even I can't remember what all four valid Cross Deck Fire turrets are, L happens to be a Centerline turret and is incorrect.
Pg. 101 Desc. of Ship class limitations, Destroyer Displacement is Tech Dependent and happens to go up to 2,500; Light Cruiser upper Displacement limit is Time Dependent as it goes up to 10,000 in 1928.
Further with the Armored Cruiser desc., there is at least one 20kn 2x1 10" design that could either be a CA or B and when built by Italy has appeared in my games as a B with names from the CA list. Don't have saves handy of that currently
Pg. 97, it is in fact legal for a KE to have a Floatplane or two, possibly due to some Fletchers that were modified to carry Floatplanes in WW2; Further, destroyers are entirely unmentioned.
Pg. 92, Bullet'd List suddenly has an Extra indent for some reason.
Pg. 8 Doctrine and Training, at least one person thought that you had to reapply training every 12 months and it would be helpful to state that Training doesn't go away unless you manually disable it.
The limitation of small CVL operation of Fast Aircraft suggests a good breakpoint for any possible "CVE" ship type that may be introduced.
It would be nice to indicate in the Manual the difference in penetrative capacity between SAP and AP rounds, or perhaps a range if that provides the player with too much information.
Similarly an official table of Bomb Penetration would be nice.
In several of the Bullet'd lists, some of the Bullet points are red instead of black, no indication of what that means.
