When did you start the game? 1900
What nation were you playing? Japan
Were there any start options that were not the default? Historical fleets, Largest fleet size, Harsher Peace
Describe the issue in detail During a war with Russia in 1906, when the 'Russian ship intercepts Japanese raider...' event pops up, hitting the 'Auto-Resolve' button will resolve the combat and give a result, but the date/turn will not advance. The same behaviour appears to occur when you Auto-Resolve the 'intercepts ship running the blockade' events. This behaviour is not present when resolving these manually.
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Ending the turn and attempting to Auto-Resolve a raider interception.
What did you expect to happen and how was the result you saw different than you expected. I was expecting for the date to advance after the Autoresolution. This did not happen, and could be run repeatedly so long as Auto-Resolve was used.
Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? Attempt to Auto-Resolve raider interceptions (in this case I have only had ones where my ships were intercepted, so cannot confirm it works the other way around).
What version of the game were you playing (v1.00, v1.01, etc)? v1.16

Describe the issue in detail During a war with Germany in 1916, when the 'German ship intercepts CSA raider...' event pops up, hitting the 'Auto-Resolve' button will resolve the combat and give a result, but the date/turn will not advance. The same behaviour appears to occur when you Auto-Resolve the 'intercepts ship running the blockade' events. This behaviour is not present when resolving these manually.

Can you describe how to reproduce the bug? Attempt to Auto-Resolve raider interceptions has occured with me as the interceptor and as the one being intercepted

When did you start the game? 1900
What nation were you playing? A-H
Were there any start options that were not the default? Historical fleets, Large fleet size, Build legacy fleet
Describe the issue in detail During a war with Italy in 1907, after the 1.16 hotfix was installed, I get the intercepted raider prompt. When I auto-resolve the battle I sink the enemy ship and get a small amount of VP for it. When I hit the End Turn button again I get the same popup which becomes a cycle of infinite VP's. Testing the bug I actually sank for of a specific class of CA than the Italians had in their fleet. If I fight the battle the turn seems to pass normally. This cycle has happened twice in the past 30 minutes of game play.

i can confirm this has been happening since RtW1 - it does advance the turn, but it definitely skips the end of turn messages/report so you have to manually check the messages
never reported it since manually checking the messages wasn't a big deal

It looks like this still occurs in 1.16C when your intercepting ship retreats from a stronger enemy; other occurrences do appear to be fixed, though.
