After updating to 16c my budget kept fluctuating wildly while playing a 1920 start. It would not remain steady and the system seemed to get confused with adding and/ or subtracting a budget increase. For example the government gave me a 50 million bonus budget to build a new battleship. But the money was subtracted from my budget, while clearly it should have been added. At other times while the yearly budget remained the same my monthly funds would drop off sharply for no reason even though I did not order any new ships/planes etc. And sometimes while scrapping ships it took off the difference instead of giving me the said difference. Also there are far too many strikes and delays to building new ships than should be appropriate. I am getting these every month all the time now instead of occasionally. I am playing as the Royal Navy with no mods.
