Hi, all
I need to reinstall the game in my computer (essentially, I installed mods overwriting files and restoring vanilla files but not being aware of the version I was restoring) to begin with a clean installation.
Do I need to do something special in terms of the license, and if I need to, what do I have to do?
Thanks!

if it's on the same computer as your old installation then i'm pretty sure you can use the same Serial number and Activation code as your old installation (you may have to dig up the old email to find them)
otherwise copy and paste the Site Code and MID Codes into an email, add “Site/MID codes for RTW2” to the email subject line, and email:
warshipfc@yahoo.com
and you'l be given a new Serial number and Activation code

You can reinstall the game to the same location on the same PC as long as you did not uninstall the game first - this would overwrite any modded data, and then you can apply the latest update to get up to date. Just do not first un-install the game, as that will likely remove the license data from the machine.

Hi, William
I did that at first, but my "OCD" kicked in and begin to whisper in my ear that the installation was not completely clean. I took JagdFlanker advice that my serial number and activation code would be the same as I haven't changed my hardware, and reinstalled after deleting the folder to be extra-sure everything was clean, but strangely enough, when I reinstalled the game, it was licensed already. Maybe some info regarding the license is stored in the registry or in some of the user data folders in Windows?
Cheers,

The license is stored with the OS, so *usually* you can uninstall the game and not lose the license, but in some cases (for reasons only known to a certain Mr. Bill Gates) the license may be lost, which is why I suggested the above as a foolproof method :-)
