After the end of turn I have light cruiser Nymphe damaged and repairs are expected to take 1 month. However this ship was no in any battle from start of the war and was not reported to have any sort of issue. It is quite strange as I was used RTW reports on any issue that damaged ship between turns (engines etc.)
