[1.17] Two rebellions: Rebellion map icon disappeared

I had TWO rebellions of new possessions at once after a war. That was new. I defeated one rebellion, but both 'rebellion' map icons disappeared after the 1st rebellion was put down. I also didnt see news reports about the other rebellion. I eventually forgot about it in the proceeding turns... that is until I lost the possession to the rebels. :-( 

Be nice if the map would retain the rebellion icon and it would remain in the news reports after the 1st rebellion is put down so you dont forget about it.
