Hello,
I am trying to make hybrid BB/CV in my delayed aircraft tech game like the Japanese battleship Ise. I can't put center-line guns on it though. This is my old BB conversion until I can make CV's. I hope to make BSG's ^^

To the best of my understanding, Ise could not recover aircraft on her flight deck, and could only launch aircraft through the use of catapults; as such, if the aircraft launched were not seaplanes, they'd either have to land somewhere else or ditch and hope that someone could recover them. Thus, the 'best' way to model Ise in the game would be to provide a battleship with a large complement of seaplanes, not to build a 'true' BB/CV hybrid.
Also, while true cruiser-carrier and battleship-carrier hybrids were proposed, none were ever actually built, unless you count the Kiev and Kuznetsov classes due to their anti-ship missile armaments or Furious in its initial configuration with a flight deck forward and an 18" gun aft due to the two successful landing trials before the test pilot died in an accident during the third attempt.

Thank you! I will try to do so.
