I have mission raider interception.
What was my surprise that I intercepts sole ship - light carrier.
I think this should not happen - sending sole light carrier.

I've had this occur with a fleet carrier. On one hand I suppose it could be explained as an unexpected encounter during transit, but I have issues with a carrier being entirely unescorted.

HMS Glorious , effectively unescorted due to rank incompetence Two destroyers are still two more escorts than dorn's and noshurviverse's carriers appear to have had during raider interceptions.
Beyond that, I'd be more inclined to call Glorious's light escort a calculated risk that went sour than rank incompetence; escorts were in high demand and (relatively) low availability in the early war period and Glorious was both a fairly fast ship and theoretically capable of detecting an oncoming enemy surface combatant long before that ship could come within gun range of the carrier - if an air patrol had been posted to keep an eye out for oncoming hostiles. Possibly Glorious shouldn't have been allowed to proceed to Scapa Flow independently since so few escorts were available, but on the other hand two destroyers isn't really an especially light escort for a British carrier in the early war period, and even if Glorious had remained in company with Ark Royal there would still have been just five escorting destroyers - better than the two that went down with Glorious, certainly, but quite possibly still not enough to protect the carriers against the German ships if both of the carriers were as unprepared as Glorious was historically.

Yeah, the big bit of incompetence with Glorious was that she was neither flying patrols, nor did she even have lookouts posted (which I understand would get a civilian master canned in peacetime, I imagine that given that she was a warship in wartime, her captain would have been shot by the RN if the Germans hasn't beaten them to it). Lack of an escort was secondary.

I was not completely clear but this case was that it was not just raider interception but this raider runs through blockade.
I cannot see any example and any reason why light carrier should be send as raider.
