The following AI ship appears to be illegal, because primary and secondary guns have the same caliber. Since I believe that actually makes the ship weaker, I shouldn't complain too much. But if I could do that I would be able to circumvent some annoying restrictions (for light cruisers especially) ;-)

I started an 1900 game as Germany using the auto-generated fleet. And got this: This ship is illegal, because it uses 10 inch guns (which Germany does not have for some bizarre reason), but was apparently build in a local yard. I wonder how those "Quality 5 guns" will they act in battle? I really don't understand why Germany does not have access to 10 inch (=25,4cm) guns. Historically they had ships with 24cm (9.45") and 26cm (10.24") guns in service. [Edit] It also has a single port-side torpedo tube!

Last week (v1.25) I ran into an AI ship which had submerged twin launchers! Four tubes on each side, to be precise. I noticed that during the battle by avoiding two an than immediately getting hit by another two. I checked the AAR and the ship had each submerged mount twice (so two of tubes 6,7,8 and 9 each).
