Version 1.22 (yes I know i should update!)
Japan (AI) has developed a fighter plane with no guns - shouldn't there be a minimum of 1 firepower? Have a save as well.

Hum - if that is an Intelligence estimate then of course it could be a different value, but even then I would expect the estimate to show a minimum of a "1" value - unless Intelligence actually believes that the fighter has no offensive weaponry/capability at all, in which case their department title is completely inappropriate.
Posted in internal Beta thread for evaluation.

The Boulton Paul defiant had no forward firing guns, just a four gun rear turret.

The game does not model those types of fighters, so in RTW2 they will not appear. Good, they were useless anyway. Say rather that there were too many limitations for the day role - lack of forward firepower, increased weight and drag due to the turret - coupled with Britain failing to develop the equivalent of Schrage Musik for them to excel in the night-fighter role.

Yup, but useless is simpler. But, in all honesty, did work as a night fighter with thirteen squadrons. It was replaced by the Beaufighter and the Mossie. It was given the name of "Daffy".
