Since I have got a new computer, I have been wondering if I'm allowed to keep a copy on my old one and activate on this one, or does the license only cover one active install?

You can have the game installed and can play it on two PCs - install the game on the second machine, then email the SITE & MID codes to Mr. Dean (NWS Store Operator/Owner) at warshipfc@yahoo.com and let him know you need activation for a second machine.
