I would like to suggest that when ASW research is available, that ASW training should be included. This would be to any players advantage as submarines and torpedoes advance technologically. England had two training centers during WW2 for ASW training. One was in Bermuda. They took training very seriously.

The book "Escort: Battle of the Atlantic" by D.A. Rayner has a great section on ASW training, well worth a read. Having read that book many times is one of the reasons I'd like to see a more detailed treatment of ASW, it would be like a game-within-a-game.

My book on Atlantic Escorts by D.K. Brown has the same explanations. I agree, that's why I suggested it. Thanks for the input. Update: Just bought the book on Amazon as an Ebook. Very inexpensive.

could be a tick box in doctrine training like 'elite pilot training' in 'other', or a new option in 'training priorities' like gunnery/night fighting
honestly 'training priorities' could be massively expanded on for a DLC

Possible show the improvement of ASW training in the ships.
