Regarding this style of craft for the french navy made 1890, it is impossible to do this at the beiginning of the scenario, howevrr it is possible to have aft port aft starboard wings in 190 french fleet designs. Does anyone else think it might make more sense to have midline wings instead of aft wings(and therefore the same main gun potential in number) so this type of historic ship can be had at 1900. I assume there is a reason the french navy have aft wing turrets and im sure having midline might have balance considerations(mid broadside wing guns are probably more useful than aft wings).
You can make a variation with two midline secondary batteries but the limitation is 7 inch guns instead of 10 inch main guns as the ship historically had.
