So the weirdness with Russian ships continues for me in a new game:
Pretty sure the Tech to do double-turrets on a CL shouldn't be avaiable at game start? Since it's again the Russians, I wonder if something is messed up from the previous issue and a fresh install might fix it.

What is weirdness in such configuration, very similar to real Bogatyr class cruiser and couple of British designs. |

Game is working as designed: CLs using protected cruiser scheme can have double turrets mounted forward and aft. They can also be armed with 8-inch guns.

Somehow I had never actually tried to do that setting apparently on a protected cruiser type CL and of course later on you always get told you need the tech.
