Cruiser stuck at 5 Knots, DD too

On of my cruisers seems stuck at 5 knots without any notable reason. It had been trucking along at 28 knots.

Its DDs have long been stuck at 5 knots , which I had thought wasnt a glitch but more to do with their small size, speed style engines and being old. After checking on them again the cruiser is stuck at 5 knots. I dont see anything in the ship > log entries as to why for the cruiser.

Thought:

May have been a fuel at 20% issue. Cruiser designed for medium range so wasnt expecting that. Some of the DDs in this area are low tonnage though medium range and have at the speed cut to 5 knots for 20% fuel left.

Suggestion:
if this is the case put that affect into the ship's "damage log" so players like myself can see it. As it is the message are in the per turn log which is swamped with data and at high time compression easily missed.
