I purchased RJW yesterday , used the installer , no apparent problems ....
Except I cannot find the Campaign .
I'll use the first two images in this review for illustrative purposes --
When I mouse - click the RJW icon on my computer screen and the game fires up , the menu that pops up --- the ONLY menu that pops up --- is the second image in the review , where , in the upper left corner of the menu , you have the buttons , " Scenario " , " Custom Scenario , " Battle Generator " , " Saved Game " .
There is no , " Campaign " button.
Or , any menu screen like the first image in the review , which , curiously , has ONLY , " Campaign " , and " Saved Campaign " buttons and nothing else.
I haven't a clue how to access this apparently second menu.
Second question , in wandering around the forum I found this download ; " RJW Expansion Screenshots and Preview " .
I'm pretty sure I have a generic idea what screenshots and previews are , but not at all sure what those would be in this particular case.
An astoundingly trivial question to be sure , except I have noticed that typically a brand new computer is within six months chock full of a thousand and one downloads , and most of the time you haven't a clue what most of them are , or were for.

The campaign is a separate executable, located in the same folder that your game is installed in. The campaign executable is named "SAIRJWCampaign.exe".

Thanks !
I was watching some videos about Steam and Iron on Youtube , looked really hard at the guys computer screen , and figured out it was something like that.
I have gotten used to buying a game on Steam , downloading it , the rest is just a mouse click.
That is not a criticism in any way , mind you.
How I found NWS was I went looking for a Naval warfare game that was about depth , not eye candy , like Avalon Hill's Jutland , or the old Harpoon series , but concerning Pre - Dreadnoughts , the Spanish American War - Russo - Japanese War era.
Where are you going to find that ? !
So , no exaggeration , this is the best game I have found in two decades !
The possibility of crafting scenarios with my beloved , but obscure , Spanish Navy is , alone , priceless !
