What the title says. For example, a 13" double can be rebuilt as only 10" triple, but 15" quadruple.

How would that work? A 15in quad would weigh so much more than a 13in double it would be nearly impossible to swap them, and that isn't even considering the massively larger barbette required.
Unless there are some qualifications to this idea, I don't see how it would work.
