ANYWAY, talking about fields/variables like EvilPlan, garrisonchisholm do you know if it is possible to release some kind of updated file regarding what value does what? Like an updated version of what Fredrik created HERE? I've seen quite a few questions regarding that both here on this board and on steam.

It is possible, but Fredrik's bandwidth is maxed so it would have to fall to some poor sod like, oh, me.
I'll see what i can do, but let's not give it a time-table.

Isn't that whether or not you plan to blow up another nation's ship when docked at port on the next turn? The number indicates the target nation

Isn't the ability to strike at a ship at the start of a war (or before a war starts) part of the SurpriseAttack value? That was my understanding, and that the EvilPlan value wasn't used but was a holdover from the first game that had an intent to be used, but not ever fully realized. I feel like it was meant to be for something akin to planning attacks on enemy shipping, but with a longer term playout. Maybe that's just me.
