RichEdit line insertion error and how did I fix it

When I play RTW3, I suffer "Error in EndOfTurnProcedures procedure. RichEdit line insertion error" from most of the battle.

I was very annoyed because this bug makes me really hard to end the battle cause, the game stops every turn and pops up the message and this never gets fixed.

However, I found that some letter with umlaut or accented letters are broken when the message popped up.

So, I opened up the setting of my Windows 10, press Time & Language, press Language, press Admiistrative language settings, press Language for non-Unicode programs, and checked the box ''Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide lnguage support''

And then, I no longer saw this error again.

I guess this error occured because my Korean language pack cannot deal with those letters. At least for me.

I hope this can help anyone who wants to solve this issue.
