williammillerThe Gunnery log function of this game is just fantastic! It helps a lot when reviewing the battle and writting the AAR of a game. I wonder is it possible to export the overall navigation plot of an egagement as well? An animated GIF pic of the AAR shown after a game or something... That would be great if we will both have the gunnery log as well as the navigation plot.

Hello sandersan We have not worked on Fighting Steel for 15+ years now, and it would not be possible to add such a function given that the original tools used for FSP will not work on modern Windows OS's. I'm curious though, can you not take a Windows screenshot with the AAR screen showing and then load that into a paint program to edit/save it?

Definitely one could always capture the screen to make an AAR, but that would be a lot of works. Just curious if there is any more convenient method. After all, there's a separate file with extension (.rply) in the save directory. Btw, is FS still copyright? Possible to get the code?

Yes, Fighting Steel is still a copyrighted property under US law. Our agreement with the original owner (Divide-By-Zero software) of the game did not allow us to share the source code.
Thanks.
