Btw it looks like my dream ... be possible create my own fleet according new research and use it in war ... and I love SAI system, playing it long time again and again, so it would be great combination.
I will start with Austrian Navy ... it is close to my hart

... and now I have my own questions: How it will be with time, one/two/four weeks like in SAI campaigns ... no actions when peace and standard actions when at war? Will be able change alliances, create new etc? Should we help with some tests? )

For start and learning game details are 1 week turns the best ... but you will quickly move to 2 or more weeks per turn

Here is another strange situation ... Minelaying Division home base is Reval. I sent division to mission and returned back to Reval. When turn ends game asked me, If I want return Minelaying Division to Helsingfors (why when I started at Reval?). I choiced Not to all ... And here is a result: game created all other groups like xxx II ... Why? Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

It is just my subjective feeling ... but not from RJW but primary from WWI grand campaign ... I was many times in situation, when 6-8 my BBs fired on 2-3 enemy BBs about three or more hours and was unable sunk them ... when I checked amount of fired shells I found that my BBs fired about one times per two-three minutes ... ships were hit many times, but for destroying them just by gunfire I usually need more time
Just try Santiago de Cuba scenario, where US force has about 90 minutes to sink Spain ships, like it was historically. I was unable do it, just some damaged ships, sometimes one or two sunk ... no more.
Again, I think problem is that ships are firing slowly and when hit probability is about 3-10%, no many shells hits their target per hour ...

Another problem some turns later ... for all Novik was not used last turn, not damaged, not upgraded it appeared suddenly in new group 1/I Destroyer division II Attachment Deleted So I'm trying assign it back to original group 1/I Destroyer Division ... but this is located in Reval (I never moved this group to Reval and never finished a turn in this port) ... and following error appears ... I have similar problem like Durin. Typically I have some damaged ships ... the game create NEW group of ships like 2/1st Cruise Brigade II (old one was 2/1st Cruise Brigade) and from this time is sometimes problem with assigning ships from or to this group, is unable move it up in groups tree, sometime game show information, that group 78 or like this doesn't exists, when this group return to the port, game asked me as many times as many ships the group have if I want rebase it to the base, where old group was based etc. It is changed from last patch ... Here are saves ... "Britanie" is North Sea campaign started in previous version and updated (many mentioned groups and problem displayed each turn), "Balt" is started with last version, I played just three turns and now I have mentioned new group "fresh"...
