Ok, now the last missing thing I would like to see in the game is fleets and squadrons management to get rid of game mixing slow and fast (or just new vs old) ships together...

The varied tech option in RTW1 varies the effectiveness of different technologies, but to my understanding it does not vary their timing. It would be interesting to have, for example, the whole ship design tree develop five years ahead of or five years behind schedule (so that dreadnoughts arrive practically straight out of the legacy fleet build, or don't show up until 1910, for example). Any chance that RTW2 could include a "varied tech progression" option?

I don't think timing is fixed in RTW - I think there's a modifier that speeds up certain techs after a certain time, but otherwise it all depends on research priorities and random chance (the "making a breakthrough" vs. "having trouble with" pop-ups). There's no reason you can't get massively ahead in some respect if you prioritize it in your research.

Speaking of varied technology, I was wondering if it's possible, during games where varied tech is in play or perhaps as a different option, for entirely a-historical technology to be discovered. I'm sure it'd mix up a game to see "Technology Researched: Higgen's Mount - Allows mounting of 10" guns on DDs".

You'll be able to make a spin-off called Rule the Skies (just joking, please don't let us distract you from focussing on naval goodness now I want a game called rule everything.... Rule The World, surely?

There's no reason you can't get massively ahead in some respect if you prioritize it in your research. Each tech has an earliest possible date, before which you will never research it regardless of research rate. I'd like an option similar to the varied tech option that varies these introduction dates randomly to some degree.

You can already expand port facilities at different locations in RTW1. How do you go about expanding port facilities in RTW1???

When I do attacking ground target mission,I must use Light Cruiser(range must not reach) only on RtW1. I want to imorove this disadvantage on RtW2. Can players impose long-term disarmament treaties on defeated countries on RtW2?

Can players impose long-term disarmament treaties on defeated countries on RtW2? I've had this issue (starting a bombardment mission and finding out that none of the ships I've started with have enough range to reach the target) too, though rarely. More likely to happen when I'm playing a very small nation like Spain and don't have many ships with large guns.
