I read the announcement that this discount would be available, but I am wondering about if there are limitations to it. Such as, you must have bought RTW-1 prior to such-and-such date.
I don't own RTW-1, but I am really chomping at the bit to get my hands on the ship builder! I'd love to support the team by buying RTW-1, but I could only do so if the discount was going to be applicable as I definitely want RTW-2 as well. Did I miss anything further discussed on this topic?
Cheers! -Shadepiece

If you buy RTW before you buy RTW2 the discount should apply I believe, but the NWS store owner (Chris Dean) would have the final say if it is an odd case (like buying both of them at the same time, etc).

You only get the senior discount if you're an enlisted sailor or junior officer that joined the Navy before the effective date of the WNT, or a flag officer promoted to the rank of Commodore or higher before the battle of Surigao Strait.

I'm actually in the same boat - just found out about RTW and almost ordered it before realising that I could get RTW2 if I just wait a month Pre-ordering is tempting... just a few weeks probably and it won't have to be a pre-order.

Is there a place to pre-order? I certainly haven't seen a place where you could.
Also, has it been announced how much RTW-2 will be on release, and how much the discount will be?

We will be having an 'NWS Conference'© soon and will let everyone know more details about pricing and discounts, etc.
The price will likely be comparable to the original RTW when it was released, if that helps any...

It would if I knew what RTW cost on release. I only found this after the price had been lowered! Thank you for the very open communication!

Hi William, Now that you have a game engine that this capable of simulating aerial naval warfare, have you considered use this game engine to develop a SAI2 game which is covering great naval battle between 1900 and 1945? I would definitely like to pay another 14.99 or 24.99 bucks for this SAI2 game.

I just initiated refund for Phoenix Point through PayPal due to Julian Gollop's idiocy (no, not signing the exclusive deal with Epic but doing so without ensuring that previous backers and pre-purchasers retained an EGS free download option), so my game fund will be full in time for RTW2 release...

That is something we have thought about, but it depends upon several factors, and also on which way we decide to move after RTW2. Thanks!
