It is currently my intention to convert create a Netherlands mod for RTW II. It will likely work out largely the same as the Netherlands mod I did for RTW I, with the addition of names for aircraft carriers and aircraft as well. I will also be adding in a Netherlands province (should one not be in the base map), and may try to add Curaco or some of the Dutch islands in the Caribbean in as well.

Quick announcement:
With the release of the Demo, I have been able to covert the Netherlands province in Northern Europe to work with the new game map (which looks awesome BTW). I've done a play through as Great Britain and the addition of the possession did not seem to cause any problems.
I've also been able to prepare a few files for RTW II. A ShipNames file now includes names for CVs, about 35 more DD names, 4 aircraft manufactures, and a series of fairly uninspiring aircraft names (Letters followed by Roman numerals or numbers). The nation file will not be tweaked that much (if at all). I may add in a tech bonus for either lighter-than-air aircraft (Considering Fokker was from the Netherlands) or amphibious warfare (the Korps Mariniers being one of the oldest marine units in existence). However, nothing is written.
The big fly in the ointment will be the war missions file. This is very difficult to create without the editor that was created for RTW I, and I don't think that the editor will work for RTW II. Considering the massive changes that the air warfare system has made, I'm not entirely sure how long creating the war missions file will take.
